The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade (MITYC), through the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society, signed a collaboration agreement with CSEV Foundation to promote e-learning in higher education and develop inclusive training programs to give socially vulnerable and unemployed people educational opportunities thanks to the easy access to knowledge that technology offers.
