CSEV strongly believes, and will organize its activities consequently, that building the future of e-Learning is a global challenge demanding global, coordinated responses.

To achieve this goal, CSEV will foster relationships with and among global key agents in the global eLearning value chain willing to work together on an “ecosystem” logic. In this ecosystem of key activities and actors, the effectiveness of any initiative is enriched by each player’s unique role.
